Do you buy or sell sneakers?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available via DHL Express.
How long does shipping take?
For in-stock items, domestic shipping usually takes 3-4 business days, and international shipping 1-2 weeks. For pre-order items, domestic shipping usually takes 3-4 weeks, and international shipping 5-6 weeks.
Where can I track my order?
As soon as we ship your order, you should receive an email with your tracking information. If you haven't received it, please email us at servicio@mofongokicks.com and we'll send it over.
What is the status of my pre-order?
We will keep you informed about the status of your pre-order with periodic updates via email.
I ordered multiple items. Why are they being shipped separately?
Some items are shipped in different packaging (Example: Tees in bags, hats in boxes, art prints in tubes). We do this to protect the items from damage. You will receive the tracking information for each package once they're shipped.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Please email us at servicio@mofongokicks.com within 5 days after receiving the package so we can fix the mistake. The email should contain your order number and photos of the product you received in its original packaging.
I put the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
We are not responsible for orders being sent to the wrong destination. If you realize your shipping address is wrong, please email us (servicio@mofongokicks.com) as soon as possible so we can try to help you.
The package was returned to the sender. What can I do?
If an item fails to deliver, for either an incorrect address provided by the customer, a failure to collect the package at the local post office in a timely manner, or if the carrier determines that more information is needed from consignee, the order will be subject to a fee in order to cover reshipment costs. The customer will be notified and the delivery address will be re-confirmed.
